With more than 13 years experience, Michelle brings both a breadth and a depth to each of her projects. A registered architect in Massachusetts, her belief in holistic design led her to develop a broad set of skills, advantageous to both her clients and her project teams. She works on projects of all scales and many types, often from beginning planning stages through to construction completion.

Mentoring and training are a cornerstone of her practice and she seeks colleagues who believe in open dialogue and respectful collaboration celebrating and capitalizing on individual skillsets.

Michelle is currently a Senior Associate at DSK | Dewing Schmid Kearns Architects + Planners. She began there as an intern architect, and has occupied many positions at the firm, including Marketing Coordinator and Interim Director of Interior Design. Her roles on projects have ranged from Project Manager, Project Architect, Interior Designer with a common thread being design leadership and client communication.
