Scope: New Construction

Set on a beautiful sloping site uphill from a tree-lined creek, this new build takes advantage of the land with a wrap-around porch off the kitchen/dining/living. A series of walls creates space for future gardens both visible (flowers) and usable (herbs). The house was sited with consideration for existing mature hardwood trees. A first floor studio and a second floor office compliment this 3-bedroom house.
